Pablo Picasso - Le Gout du Bonheur

A suite of happy, playful and erotic drawings. The re-creations were printed in the fall of 1970 in the studios of Gunther Dietz, under the personal supervision of Pablo Picasso. They are in the exact size of the original drawings and were produced through a unique process that employes the same type of materials as used by the artist, instead of the usual printing inks. Grease crayon, lithographic tusche, lead pencil and charcoal are among the artist's materials used in making the re-creations. The suite is comprised of 71 lithographs and is of an edition of 666. The paper is handmade and is pure rag Velin d'Arches.
